Hello 👋🏾

Today's edition will take about 3 minutes to read.

Let's dive into it.

These 5 Tools Save Me 10+ Hours Weekly

Time is your most valuable asset, especially when you are young.

If you are like me, protecting your time is something you often think about.

A few words that instantly come to mind are organization and prioritization.

In our tech-driven world, a new word is currently trending, automation.

We all have the same 24 hours in a day, but some people seem to get much more done.

Today I share my favorite automation tools I have been using to streamline my workflow.

Be careful, implementing these could save you 10+ hours per week!

Nordpass

Function: Password Manager

Tech Difficulty: 2/10

Price: $24/year

My opinion: This tool not only helps me save time but also helps with peace of mind.

Nordpass is a great place to store all your passwords, credit cards and personal information.

It allows you to share and receive passwords from clients in a seamless, safe manner.

Everything is encrypted on the cloud to help prevent data leaks and their widget is amazing for helping you to log in and make secure payments with just 1 click.

Notion

Function: All-in-one workspace

Tech Difficulty: Is as simple or the complex as you want (1-10/10)

Price: Free

My opinion:

Notion is the best place to stay organized and on top of projects.

The visual and highly customizable platform makes it easy to work with teams and push projects forward.

Notion also seamlessly integrates with your other tech favorites, making sharing and accessing information from one central base easy.

Grammarly

Function: Writing Editor

Tech Difficulty: 2/10

Price: Free (Premium: $12/month)

My opinion:

Grammarly helped me gain confidence in my writing.

I always loved writing, however, like most humans I am prone to small grammatical and spelling errors.

With Grammarly, this is a thing of the past.

Their powerful widget quickly points out errors and makes suggestions for writing improvement wherever you are typing on the internet.

OP Flow Workspace

Function: Writing and Publishing Tool

Tech Difficulty: 4/10

Price: $0+

My opinion:

As a tool that I built for myself, I love the OP Flow workspace.

Built on Notion, it integrates perfectly with where I keep all my other project work and allows me to use the AI writing features of notion to create text base content.

Along with the integrations of Grammarly and make.com. I can write, edit and schedule all my text-based posts for social media.

A writer’s dream.

Make.com

Function: Build automation and workflows

Tech Difficulty: 6/10

Price: Free (Premium $10/month +)

My opinion:

Make is a very powerful tool.

No matter what online tech you use, you can use this tool to combine them in ways that save you time.

Use Make to set up automatic data transport and reporting systems, or just keep your team updated by making changes once and having it transfer the information.

If you are not afraid of playing around with tech, this tool presents endless opportunities.

In case you skipped to the end. (I do too sometimes)

My favorite no-code automation tools:

  1. Nordpass

  2. Notion

  3. Grammarly

  4. OP Flow Workflow

  5. Make.com
