Do This Before You Move Forward This Year

As we move forward, have you taken the time to properly reflect?

The last few years have been difficult for many, but in the midst of it all, we are reminded of the importance of looking back on our experiences and using them to inform the decisions we make moving forward.

This is what we call "experiential learning" - it's the process of learning through experience, observation, and reflection. It's the key to turning our past into lessons to help us make the most of our future.

It's easy to get caught up in the hustle and grind of life and forget to take a step back and reflect on our experiences. But it's so important - understanding the impact of our decisions and learning from our mistakes can help us make better decisions and achieve our goals.

So this 2023, let's make it the year of experiential learning. Let's take a few minutes each day to look back on our own experiences and the experiences of others and reflect on what we can learn from them.

Let's make the most of 2023 by using the lessons of 2022 to inform our decisions and create a better future.

How I Stay Creative!

I took a break at the end of last year to fully disconnect in order to reconnect.

One thing I love to do to spark my creative capacity is to travel.

In December, I traveled to 7 different Caribbean countries on a cruise ship.

The rich and diverse cultures of the islands made the trip more than worth it.

I took quite a few pictures, but here are a few I wanted to share:

Picturesque St. Maarten

Majestic waterfall in Dominica

Breathtaking Piton mountains in St. Lucia

I 8/10 recommend seeing the Caribbean via a cruise.
